Synergy PAC Routine Video Schedule
We'll begin sending out links to individuals who purchased routine videos online over the weekend by Wednesday afternoon. Orders received afterwards typically take 3-4 business days from the time of order.
*****Note: In an effort to be compatible with most devices (i.e. iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows), all videos will be 1080p at 59.9 fps in mp4 format.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Interwoven Designs' Photography portal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing digital or print images through our portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Purchase and Payment
Unless discussed and agreed to in writing by both parties prior to the event, payment is required in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Licensing and Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes for participating Studios as specified in the license agreement.
Resale, redistribution, or modification of purchased images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of images may result in legal action.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital images will be available for download immediately upon payment confirmation or within 1 week if retouching services are requested.
If technical issues prevent delivery, please contact our support team at support@interwovendesigns.com for assistance.
5. Print Orders and Shipping
Printed image orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of the order date. Note: Holidays can extend shipping times.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless there is a technical defect.
Print orders may be replaced if damaged upon arrival; claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Copyright and Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property of Interwoven Designs, LLC.
Purchase does not grant ownership or exclusive rights to the images.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our images.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is collected and used solely for processing transactions and improving our services.
We do not share personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
